ICEPIRATION RETURN AND REFUND POLICY----Warranty and general policyAll our products are covered by a one-year warranty. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage caused intentionally, or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or lack of maintenance. Our return policy lasts 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Right of withdrawal in France In accordance with French law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order to return a product and obtain a refund without justification. At Icepiration, we extend this right to 90 days to offer our customers greater flexibility. Return conditions To be eligible for a return: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required. Return costs In mainland France: returns are completely free of charge. Outside mainland France: return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The actual return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Any customs duties paid by the customer remain the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the return shipping costs will be covered in full by Icepiration.
