You can start without one. Tap water between 8 and 12°C is enough to feel the effects, and you can go lower with frozen bottles or free ice from the supermarket. We then recommend: maintenance pack (€69.90) + silicone ice cube trays (€18.90). You can add a chiller later – they are compatible with all our baths.

Icepiration portable sauna
