Our story
Hello! We are Mathys and Arthur, the founders of Icepiration.
Our story began in Brittany, in Morbihan, in 2022, by the river in our village. It was there that we discovered ice baths, first out of curiosity, then out of passion. We then understood that exposing oneself to the cold didn't mean no longer exposing oneself to the heat, so we started using the sauna.
Very quickly, cold and heat became much more than just a practice: a moment to breathe, recenter, calm the mind, and regain energy.
This experience inspired us to create Icepiration: a brand designed to make cold and heat rituals simple, accessible, and easy to integrate into your home.
Today, with our portable ice baths and saunas, we help everyone create their own wellness space at home.

Discovering the benefits of cold
During a winter swim with friends, we discovered the incredible effects of ice baths on the body and mind. An idea emerged: to make cold plunges accessible all year round. Thus, the concept was born, with the goal of sharing these benefits with as many people as possible.
🚀 2023
Launch of the first bath
Designed and launched the first portable Icepiration ice bath, crafted for convenience and durability. Opened the online store and received very positive initial feedback from our customers in France and its overseas territories.
🔥 2024
Development of Icepiration
Participating in the French Throwdown and the CrossFit Games Semifinals, reinforcing our credibility with athletes. Our community is growing rapidly: over 80,000 subscribers follow us on social media. High-level athletes and the legend Wim Hof test our ice baths, confirming their effectiveness.

New range of professional baths
Launching a professional range of baths with integrated chillers, suitable for athletes seeking performance and regular ice bath users. International expansion to make the practice accessible everywhere. The Icepiration community continues to grow, sharing the adventure and benefits of cold worldwide.

Inspired by the Finnish sauna, the Icepiration portable dry sauna offers intense heat up to 85°C, right in your own home.
Powerful, compact, and easy to install, it provides a comfortable session without the need for construction or cumbersome installation.
