What are the delivery times?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse located in France. Delivery times are as follows:
- France Delivery: 2 days
- French Overseas Departments and Territories Delivery (Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin): 7 to 10 days
- French Polynesia and New Caledonia Delivery: 10 to 15 days
- Europe & Switzerland Delivery: 3 to 8 days

We deliver to the following countries and territories:
- Metropolitan France and French overseas departments and territories (Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin),

How do I track my order?
When your order was shipped, a confirmation email was sent to you. Please check your inbox, including your spam and junk folders, if you cannot find the email.
In this email, you should normally find a tracking number. To track the progress of your order, simply enter this number on the website https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois.
The shipping time is on average 48 hours; you should receive your tracking number within this timeframe.
How do warranty and returns work?
All our products are covered by a one-year warranty.
You have 90 days to return your purchase if you change your mind. Return shipping costs are fully covered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. The warranty does not cover intentionally caused damage or damage resulting from improper use of the product.
