You have 90 days to return your purchase if you change your mind. Return fees may apply. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. The warranty does not cover intentional damage or damage resulting from improper use of the product.

Would you like longer protection? A 5-year extended warranty is available for every product.

Maintenance and use
  • Water change: thanks to the cooler's filtration and ozone disinfection, the water only needs to be changed approximately every 3 months.
  • Cleaning: rinse the tub with clean water and soap.
  • Installation: place the tub on a level surface, near an electrical outlet for the cooler.

FAQ - Essential Pro Ritual

Is this pack suitable for club or gym use?

Yes. The Pro 2 bath is part of our PRO range, our most robust, and the IcePro 2 is our most powerful cooler: it cools the water quickly, even during successive uses, and can be controlled remotely from its app.

Will work be required?

No. The tub requires no tools for assembly and the IcePro 2 is ready to use (plug & play): it plugs into a standard 220-240 V outlet and connects directly to the tub.

How does the cooler work?

The chiller connects directly to the pool. It cools the water down to 3°C and automatically turns back on as soon as the temperature rises, maintaining the selected temperature.

It also filters the water and disinfectates it with ozone: the water is changed approximately every 3 months, compared to 10 to 15 days without a chiller.

Are the products in the pack compatible with each other?

Yes. All our ice baths connect to all our coolers. The products in the package are designed to work together, without any additional adapter.

Ice bathing is not recommended without medical advice if you are pregnant, have a history of heart disease or high blood pressure, have diabetes, have a pacemaker, suffer from epilepsy, or have an open wound or have recently undergone surgery. For minors, medical advice is mandatory.
